At Mephisto, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear is not a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure the shoes are in their original Mephisto box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
